Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), TIKAN acts as data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to enquiries, providing advisory services and meeting legal obligations, on the legal bases set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Data subjects have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK, including the right to learn whether their data is processed and to request correction or deletion. Requests may be sent to the contact address in the footer.
